The Palo Verde Unit 3 TS were developed by using the current TS for Palo Verde Unit 2 and by considering certain proposed changes to the Unit 2 TS which are currently under staff review.

These changes are shown in Enclosure 2.

We request your comments on the draft Palo Verde, Unit 3 TS (Enclosure I) by February 17, 1987 in order that we may finalize the TS on a schedule consistent with your projected fuel load date for Unit 3.
