At least once per five years by verifying'a minimum sodium hydroxide (NaOH) flow rate of 10.5 gpm from the spray additive tank to a drain connection immedi ately downstrem of the tank outlet valve, and a minimum demineralized water flow rate of 18 gpm from that same to each containment spray pump wi th a. pressure of 19 q 2 drain'onnection psig at the upstrean tap of FI-07-2.
