THERMAL SHIELD RECOVERY PROGRAM This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 19, 1983 (L-83-230) that lists(y number of commitments that have been made relative to the resolution of problems associated with the St. Lucie 1 thermal shield problem.
I espe-cially want to confirm your commitment in Item D.G that calls for NRC oon-currence with Pour conclusions and findings prior to return to power.
Subsequent to the receipt of your letter, a meeting wai held in my office on April 25, 1983 and a schedule for the submittal of reports to meet your commitments was discussed.
We recognize that submittal dates may change as your investigation proceeds; however, the dates reflected below will be used as a basis for Uuggeting staff resources.
