.Attachment to 161-00592-EEVB/JMQ ATTACHMENT CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETION OF CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN PVNGS UNIT 3 OPERATING LICENSE, NPF-65 1.
License Condition 2.C.(1) states that operation above Mode 5 shall not proceed until successful testing
'and operability of Emergency Diesel
'Generators in accordance with '0CFR50, Appendix A,
General Design Criteria 17, is achieved.

In accordance with License Condition 2.C.(l),
we hereby confirm the c'omplet'ion of testing and the operability of the Emergency Diesel Generators.
License Condition 2.C.(5)'tates that APS shall complete the requirements of Supplement No.
1 to NUREG-0737 in accordance with the schedule specified in ANPP letter 40173 dated February 20, 1987.

Safety Parameter Display System of the February 20, 1987 letter states that the following displays will be completed prior to exceeding 5% power.

item 2, to PVNGS Unit 3 Operating License NPF-65 states that, prior to initial criticality, APS shall make operable all portions of the radiation monitoring system in accordance with APS Letter 161-00062 dated March ll, 1987.
The March 11, 1987 letter lists the following monitors:
RU-2 RU-7 RU-9 RU-10 RU-14 RU-15 RU-27 RU-28 RU-150 RU-204 RU-265 In accordance with Attachment 1,
item 2 of the PVNGS Unit 3 Operating
- License, we hereby confirm that the above listed monitors have been satisfactorily tested.

Attachment 1,
item 5, to PVNGS Unit 3 Operating License NPF-65 states that masonry wall modifications shall be completed prior to initial criticality in accordance with conditions specified in NRR letter of December 19, 1986.
In accordance with Attachment 1, item 5, of the PVNGS Unit 3 Operating
- License, we hereby confirm that the masonry wall modifications are complete in accordance with the December 19, 1986 NRR letter.
