Arizona Nuclear Power Project (ANPP) is submitting herewith pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) a change to the PVNGS Emergency Plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) the attached change does not decrease Emergency Plan effectiveness.
The Emergency
- Plan, including the subject
- change, will continue to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.57(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 two copies of this change are herewith forwarded to the Regional

Designated emergency response personnel will report to the OSC if not specifically assigned to a particular emergency position.
An OSC is located in the Auxiliary Building lunchroom of each unit.
Emergency equipment required are stored in emergency kits located adjacent to the OSC.
The OSC is located near the Radiation Protection area which provides a decontamination facility, a fixed radiological counting facility, and access to (0418M) 7~3 Revision 7
