No deficiencies
or violations were identified as
a result of this inspection.

weaknesses
in the ability of the
onshift staff to respond to emergencies.
We note that during our May 1,
1987
exit interview discussion
of this matter you stated
an intent to review our
findings and take appropriate corrective actions.
