We have received a copy of your application dated June 26, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.

This application requested NRC approval of an engineering evaluation of charging pump proposed changes for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2.

The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application.

Therefore, it is requested that the Power Project remit the application fee of $ 150 for your June 26, 1986 request.

The Power Project will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
