We have received a copy of your application dated November 15, 1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested partial exemption to general design criterion (GDC) 4 for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generation Plant, Unit l.
Your application stated that a check for $150 was enclosed, however, this check was not received by us.
Therefore, it is requested that your Project remit the required application fee of $150 for your November 15, 1985 request.
Your Project will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
