QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION FOR PALO VERDE We have received your submittal of FSAR changes to Chapter 17.1 for PVNGS Units 2 and 3.

The changes were submitted to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation on your letter ANPP-33311 of August 30, 1985.

We have reviewed the changes submitted and find that the QA Program as described in Chapter 17.1 continues to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B and is therefore acceptable.
