License Condition 2.C(ll)(b) in the above reference states:

"Prior to August 31,

1985, APS shall submit for review and approval a Supplemental DCRDR Summary Report which provides the information described in SSER 7."

In accordance with License Condition 2.C(11)(b),

we are submitting the attached Supplemental DCRDR Summary Report for your review and approval.

By submittal of this information, we have closed out License Condition 2.C(11)(b).
