, I Based on our inoffice review of LER 85-041 and our discussions with representatives of your staff on August 15,'985, I understand that you will submit by August 23,
- 1985, a revised LER containing 'all the additional information required by 10 CFR 50.73(b).
In addition, I understand that you will submit by August 23, 1985 supplemental information pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73(c) which will describe the ability of the essential air filtration units for the control room and engineered safety feature pump rooms to perform their intended function in the degraded
- mode, identified in your LER, under accident conditions.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter or should you be unable to furnish the above information by August 23,, 1985, please contact me as soon as possible.
