Supplement No.
7 to the Palo Verde SER, which was issued on December 31,
- 1984, discussed the resolution of all the issues relating to initial licensing of Palo Verde Unit 1.
Supplement No.
7 also identified several issues which require resolution prior to issuance of a full power license.
Enclosure 1 identifies the remaining issues which includes those under staff review and the issues for which additional information is required, as identified in Supplement No. 7.
For those requiring additional infirmation, Enclosure 1 includes a date for submittal to permit the staff to complete its review in a timely manner.
We request that you confirm in writing one week after receipt of this letter, the dates for submittal of the required information.
