This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. C. Clark of this office on
October 15-19,
1984, of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit No.
CPPR-141
and to the discussion of his findings held with members of your staff
at the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection
was conducted in response
to an allegation received
regarding
quality of test personnel,
as described in the enclosed
inspection report.
The inspection consisted of selective
examinations
of procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observations
by the
inspector.
No violations of NRC technical requirements
were identified within the scope
of this inspection.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
