Palo Verde Unit 1 Technical Specifications - Proof and Review Copy I
Enclosed for your information and review is the Proof and Review Copy of the technical specifications for Palo Verde Unit 1.
These technical specifications are based on the NRC's Standard Technical Specifications for Combustion Engineer-ing Pressurized Water Reactors.
Copies of the technical specifications are also being distributed to the NRC technical review branches for their review.
We request that you review the technical specifications and provide us with your comments, or requested changes with appropriate justifications, in uiriting by September 12, 1984.
We will resolve any comments'eceived from you and, the, staff review branches prior to preparing a Final Draft version of 'the Palo Verde Unit 1 Technical Specifications.
Approximately 30 days priorto the scheduled date for issuing the Operating License, the Final Draft version w'ill be trans-mitted to you for your final review and certification that they accurately reflect the as-built conditions of the plant and the FSAR.
If you have any questions regarding this request, you should contact Manny Licitra, the Licensing Project Manager.
