%hen the pressurizer level is at or above 33/, RCP s should C's s not be started if the Steam Generator {SG) secondary side is at a higher te~ierature than the RCS. When the pressurizer level is below 33/, RCP s rwi'e started as long as Kh e SG seco econdary side is not more than 20'F warmer than the RCS.

This will minimize the potential for lifting the SCS relief valve during pump start.
