Schedule for Resolution of Remaining Issues on Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station o

At the time the Palo Verde SER was issued in November 1981, there remained a number of open and confirmatory issues vihich required resolution.

Subsequently, you have provided additional information for many of those issues s>hich resulted in their resolution, as documented in Supplement Nos. 1.

2 and 3 to the SER.

Sections 1.9 and 1.10 of Supplement No. 3 sumarize the remaining out-standing and confirmatory issues which need to be resolved; Enclosure 1 to this letter lists those issues according to technical review area.

In order that we may establish a schedule for the issuing of the next supplement to the SER, we'.request that for each issue in Enclosure 1, you provide us with the date when you will submit the necessary information for the staff to complete its review.

,llhere you have already provided information, those issues are shown as being under staff review.

Please advise us within two (2) weeks of receipt of this letter as to when you plan to respond to this request.
