Dear Mr. Tedesco:
The referenced letter provided questions concerning the plant shutdown iven a postulated loss of the essential spray pond (UHS) spray nozzles due to postulated tornado generated missiles) and also a question con-cerning proposed local leak rate testing using water in lieu of air or nitrogen.
The letter requested that we advise you when we plan"to pro-vide responses to these questions.
It is APS'ntention to respond to the referenced questions by July 30, 1982.
