Request for Additional Information - Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Section 2.1.2 of the Palo Verde SER discusses an open item concerning your authority to determine all activities in the exclusion area since you do not own the mineral rights to certain parcels of land.

In order to resolve this item, we require additional information.

Specifically, we request what you provide information on how you will have the authority, lacking mineral rights to those parcels, to exclude the owners from removing property or prevent undermining of the surface of the exclusion area.
