This is to notify you of our acceptance of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Contingency Plan submitted by your letter dated November 20. 1981.
The Safeguards Contingency Plan is identified as Chapter 8 of the Physical Security Plan.
The Safeguards Contingency Plan shall be fully implemented upon receipt of the operating license.
The enclosure to your letter of September 8,
