of his findings with Mr. P.
W. Hartley and
members
of your s.taff at Che,conclusion

Che inspecCion.
Areas
examined during this inspection are described
in the enclosed
inspection report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of procedures
and representative
records,
intexviews with personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
No items of nocompliance with NRC requirements
were identified wi.thin
the scope
of thi,s inspection.
In accordance
with 10
CPR 2.790 of ths Commission's
regulations,
a
copy of this letter
and the enclosed
inspection report will be
placed in the NRC's Public Document
Room.
If this report contains
any informati.on that you believe to be exempt from disclosure
under
10
CPR 9.5(a)(4), it ie necessary
that you (a) notify this office
by telephone within ten
(10) days from the date of this letter of
your intention to file a request for withholding; and
(b) submit
within 25 days
from the date of this letter
