This application requested that Construction Permit /os.
CPPR-141,
-142 and
-143 for the Palo Verde Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3'e amended'to add certain ownership interests.
A Class II and two Class I fees pursuant to CFR 170.22 were remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your July 31 application. it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) in lieu of the paid Class II fee ($1,200) is applicable for one of the units because the review will involve financial and other considerations that are more than administrative or pro forma in nature.
On this basis, it is requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $2,800 to our office.
The two duplicate Class I fees are considered to be appropriate for two of the units.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjustment will be made.
