~ Your letter of October 1, 1979 sought approval of the transfer by SRP to LADWP, and the acquisition by LADWP from SRP of a 6".7X ownership. interest in the captioned nuclear plant.,

Pursuant to 550.80 and/or 550.90 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations, as appropriate, any amendment of a license or construction permit or any transfer of a license must fully discuss the changes proposed and follow as far as applicable the form.prescribed for original applications.
Included with the material that must be submitted to effectuate either an amendment or a transfer when new participants 'are being added to a license or construction'ermit.is the information required in part 2.101 and 60.33a of the Rules and Regulations.
The Attorney General has a statutory requirement to furnish antitrust advice to the Commission on the new owners within six months after receipt of the antitrust information.
Our review and notice requirements require approximately an additional two months to process the antitrust information and attorney General's advice.
We therefore urge you to supply the Appendix L information as soon as possible.
