CPPR-141 Notice of Violation Based on the results of inspections conducted by the NRC resident inspector during the period January 2-31, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Construction Permit No.

CPPR-141 as indicated below.

10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, Instructions, Procedures and

Drawings, as implemented by PSAR Section 17.1A.5, requires that activities affecting quality be accomplished in accordance with instructions, procedures, or drawings appropriate to the circum-stances.

Bechtel Procedure MP/P-gCI 13.0 requires that storage activities be performed in accordance with the requirements of ANSI N45.2.2, "Packaging, Shipping, Receiving, Storage, and Handling of Items for Nuclear Power Plants".

Paragraph 3.9 of ANSI N45.2.2 requires that items be marked for identification purposes while in storage.

Section 6.0 of ANSI N45.2.2 requires that items be placed on pallets, shoring or cribbing to permit air circulation during storage.
