10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, Instruction, Procedures, and
- Drawings, as implemented by PSAR Section 17.1A.5 requires that activities affecting quality be accomplished in accordance with instructions procedures or drawings appropriate to the circumstances.
l<PP/gCI 3.0, Field Control of Design Documents, paragraph 5.5. 2 and exhibit 3.0-1 state that only unapproved or incomplete design documents and design specifications prior to award be stamped "Information Only."
Contrary to the above requirements, on February 13, 1979, the completed and approved design document drawing, PS-ill Revision 4
was stamped "Information Only."
This document was being used by surveyors to lay out line and grade for horizontal tendon sheathing
-in Unit 2.
This is-an infraction.
