The staff has examined your submitted documents, which include a state-ment from the Arizona State Historic Preservation Officer'that, fn her opinion, the Advisory Council on Historic Pre'servatfon criteria for making a determination of "t<o Adverse Effect" for archaeological resources have been met, and is of the opinion that the corridor align-ment proposed is an acceptable routing for the Palo Verde-Mestwing transmission line and that construction may be initiated.
