This revision is the result of comments provided by the Plant Nuclear Safety Committee during its annual review of the plan.
Changes to plan text have been evaluated to not degrade the effectiveness of the plan in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) and will be implemented as procedures are revised.
Changes to the Emergency Action Levels (Figures 4.1-1 and 4.1-2) are submitted for NRC review and will not be implemented until NRC approval is received.
An evaluation of the changes to the Emergency Plan overall effectiveness is provided as Attachment A to aide your review.
