B. Martin With reference (a) Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS, licensee) provided an Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) for WNP-2.
Several minor changes were provided in reference (b).
Accompanying references (c), (d), (e), and (f), you submitted Amendments I, 2, 3, and 4 respectively to the WNP-2 ODCM in accordance with WNP-2 Technical Specification 6.14.2.
No further revisions have been reported by the WPPSS through December 31, 1987.
The WNP-2 ODCM through the forth amendment has been reviewed although a number of pages in the resultant document have incorrect pagination.
The evaluation and comments on your ODCM are contained in the TER, EGG-PHY-8032 (enclosed).
We find that this ODCM uses methods that are, in general, consistent with the staff guidelines and is an acceptable reference for the interim.

C. Sorensen The TER lists a number of discrepancies, some typographical in nature, others dealing with technical issues.
Since these comments involve refinements to a basically sound document, there is no need for immediate attention.
- However, we ask that you address the 19 points raised in the Conclusions section of the enclosed TER as well as the problem of inconsistent pagination within six months in a new revision to the ODCM.
