SUBMITTAL OF The attached submittal is the Supply System's approved Offsite Dose Calcula-tion Manual (ODCM}.
As submitted, the ODCM is the result of Supply System and NRC staff meetings conducted. over the period June 1983 to September 1983 in concert with the staff's HNP-2 technical specification approval process.
As a result -of these meetings and subsequent comunication on the
- ODCM, staff acceptance of'he submitted ODCM should'e straight forward and pose no obstacle to the licensing of HNP.-2.
Your attention to and'acceptance of the ODCM is requested at the earliest possible date.
