OPERABILITY OF ACOUSTIC MONITOR FOR MS-RU-2D (REF-G02-88-001)

In letter dated January 4, 1988 you asked that we administratively remove the notes that were added to Technical Specification pages 3/4 3-71 and 3/4 3-74 in Amendment 47.

This can not be done administratively.

You must file an application for a license amendment to make such deletions.

Since you indicated in your letter that you have now declared the acoustic monitor to be operable, it would appear that the amendment is unnecessary.
