and to the discussion of our findings
held by the inspection~team with members of your staff at the conclusion of
the inspection.

Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with
personnel,
and observations
by the inspectors
and consultants.
Based
on the results of the inspection, it appears
that certain of your
activities were not in full compliance with NRC requirements.
Enforcement
action by the
NRC relating to the apparent violations of regulatory
'requirements
are discussed
in the attached
report will be the subject of
separate
correspondence.
