- George, As discussed, I checked the subject document in ADAMS and confirmed that the apparent error you identified on page 4 was indeed an administrative error made when processing the official agency record. Specifically, the first sentence on page 4 is missing the two words From this - the intended sentence should be read as follows:
From this exchange with the licensee, the NRC staff understood what additional information needed to be requested and how to describe the request such that the licensee would clearly understand what information should be provided.
Based on my cursory check of the issued/ADAMS document, I did not identify any other errors nor did I find any instances where the intended pages/content may have been inadvertently omitted. I understand you requested that I verify this information in support of your teams quality check process.
Please consider this email as the NRC staffs acknowledgement of the aforementioned administrative error.
