Dear Mr. Johnson,
On February 24, 1996, RGB implemented the improved technical specifications (i.e., Amendment No. 61) for Ginna Station.
The implementation ofAmendment No. 61 required that a COLR and PTLR be in place and effective per Technical Specification 5.6.5 and 5.6.6. Included within these two specifications is a requirement to provide a copy of the COLR and PTLR to the NRC.
Therefore, attached please find a copy ofRevision 0 ofthese two documents.
Future revisions to these documents will be forwarded to the NRC in accordance with the applicable technical specification.
