Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to revise Sections 3.13 and 4.14 of the Technical Specifications, and to revise the Inservice Inspection Program,to respond to NRC correspondence regarding safety related snubbers; 2.
Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A,
B, and C which set for the requested change in Technical Specifications, the proposed Inservice Inspection Program change and its safety evaluation; and 3.
A check for $ 4,000.00 in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
