conducted
routine safety inspections
at your facility.
Results of the inspection
are documented
in the enclosed
report.
At the conclusion of the inspection period
Messrs.
C. Marschall
and
N. Perry of my staff summarized
inspection findings with
Mri S. Spector
and other members of your staff.
Based
on the results of this inspection, it appears
one of your activities was not
in full compliance with NRC regulations,
as set forth in the Notice of Violation,
Appendix A of this report.
No response
to this violation is required because
the
corrective actions
taken
by your staff were completed,
reviewed
and
deemed
adequate
by the inspectors prior to the conclusion of the inspection.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.?90,
a copy of this letter
and enclosures will be
placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
The accompanying
Notice of Violation is not subject to clearance
procedures
of the
Office of Management
and Budget
as required
by the Paperwork Reduction Act,of 1980,
