Enclosed is the Safety Evaluation Report for Ginna related to NRC Bulletin 88-02, Rapid Propogating Fatigue Cracks in Steam Generator Tubes.
This SER (Enclosure
- 1) was prepared in response to your letters of March 25, 1988 and March 3, 1989.
A non-proprietary SER which evaluates the Westinghouse Methodology is also provided for your information (Enclosure 2).
We find that the actions you have taken regarding this subject matter are acceptable.
Our findings are subject to your adoption of additional admini-strative controls that are discussed in Enclosure 1.
