On August
9
- 10,
1989,
the
NRC, in conjunction with your training facility's
training department,
readministered
a requalification examination
to four
employees
of your company
who had failed or did,not fully complete portions of
their respective
examinations
during the week of June
19 - 22,
1989.
The exami-
nation consisted of a simulator test for two individuals and
a written examina-
. tion for two other individuals.
At the conclusion of the examination, prelimi-
nary results
were discussed
with representatives
from your training and opera-
tions 'staff.
Details of these
examinations
are described
in the
NRC Region I
Examination Report which is enclosed with this letter.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's
regulations,
a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
