Within the scope of this inspection,
no items of noncompliance
were observed.
However,
one activity appears
to be
a deviation from commitments
made in
your letter to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation,
dated October
17,, 1979.,

to the specific commitment is listed. in
Appendix A to this letter.
