The Commission has 'issued the enclosed Amendment No,@D to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-18 for the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
This Amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated November 14, 1979 (transmitted by letter dated November 19, 1979).
The amendment authorizes a change in the requirements for minimum fire br igade shift size.
In reviewing your application it was found 'that certain changes in the proposed Technical Specifications were required.
Me and your staff have discussed and mutually agreed upon these changes.
