REgUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 335/OL-90-01 On April 3,
- 1990, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate your St.
Lucie Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
A table summarizing the examination results for each individual is provided in Enclosure 2.
This examination was a
retake of the NRC administered requalification simulator examination for those individuals who failed the examination given in November of 1989.
There was no program evaluation associated with this examination.
A Simulation Facility Fidelity Report is provided in this report as Enclosure 3.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and it's enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Enclosure 2 is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
