inspection of Environmental
Qualification
conducted
by the
NRC March 31 to April 4,
1986, of activities authorized

Operating
License
Nos.
and
NPF-16 for the St. Lucie Nuclear
Station.
The results of this inspection
were previously sent to you by our letter of
August 7,
1986.
The inspection
team identified seven deficiencies classified
as Potential
Enforcement/Unresolved

We have
determined
from a further
