'ontrols for fasteners and 2)'ndependently determine, through
- testing, whether fasteners (studs, bolts, cap screws and'uts) in stores at their facilities meet required mechanical and chemical specification requirements.
By letter dated January 12, 1988 (L-88-14),

schedule to complete the response by February 12, 1988.
