the NRC staff reviewer s, in a January ll, 1985 conference call, requested further information.
This letter formally provides Florida Power 8 Light Company's Iresponse to the requested additional information.
The information contained in the response is proprietary to Exxon Nuclear.
In accordance with the Commission's regulation 10 CFR 2.790(b), the affidavit forwarded with the letter (Reference
- 2) covering the initial submission of the creep collapse methodology provides the necessary information to support the withholding of this attachment from public disclosure.

This response supports the application of ENC's creep collapse methodology to CE fuel.
This satisfies current license condition C(4) to our Facility Operating License, requiring FPL, prior to CE fuel reaching 38,000 MWD/MTU peak assembly, to use an approved method to show that CE fuel will not experience creep collapse.
