In accordance with the Commission's regulation IO CFR 2.790 (b), the affidavit forwarded with the letter (Reference
- 3) covering the initial submission of the creep collapse methodology provides the necessary information to support the withholding of this attachment from public disclosure.
This response supports the application of ENC's creep collapse methodology to CE fuel and is expecte'd to satisfy the current license condition with respect to creep collapse in Amendment No. 63 to our Facility Operating License No. DPR-67.
