As a result of the visit to St. Lucie Plant Unit No. I in December 1984 in conjunction with Task Action Plan A-45, Decay Heat Removal, a need for additional drawings and procedures has been identified.
The cooperation of Florida Power and Light was greatly appreciated by the visiting team.
Your staff personnel in Juno Beach and at the plant site did an excellent job in answering questions and conducting plant walk downs.
The additional drawings are indicated in the attachment to the enclosed letter.
A copy of Emergency Operating Procedures for hurricane, tornado and external flooding is also requested.
