Amendment 2, License Condition 2.E of St. Lucie 2 Operating License NPFQ16 - Natural Circulation Cooldown and Boron Mixing Test This letter is to advise you that based on the report submitted by your letter, L-83-437, dated August 3, 1983 and the additional information FP8L presented in the briefing to our staff on August 12, 1983 FP8L has completed the license condition satisfactorily.
He further understood in the August 12, 1982 briefing that FP8L agreed to provide us the results of a detailed analysis of the SONGS test data to document the acceptabili~by and applicability of the SONGS tests for St.
Lucie 2.
The report is to be submitted to the staff by.the end of 1983.
