PROPOSED ARRANGEMENT BETIIEEN FLORID/ POWER,5 LIGHT, AND NRC FOR STORING FACILITY RECORDS As suggested in your April 28, 1982 letter the Nuclear Regulatory Cormission (NRC) does retain copies of the doc~mentation that you state the Florida Public Service Comission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) require that you retain.
If acceptable to FERC, NRC would be pleased to provide FERC access to copies of that documentation that you have provided to the NRC or to that which has been generated by NRC.
This would appear to satisfy FERC requirements for records retention.
