APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power and Light Company St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 License No. DPR-67 Based on the results of the NRC, inspection conducted on April 7-10, 1981, certain of your activities appear to deviate from the commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
Florida Power and Light (FP&L) Company's report "Fire Protection A Reeval-uation of Existing Plant Design Features and Administrative Controls" of March 1977, Section 6.2.2 and Table 6-2, indicates the amount of fire hose and other accessories to be stored in the fire hydrant equipment houses located throughout the plant for protection-of safety related systems and components.
Contrary to the
- above, equipment houses FH1 and FH3 were equipped on April 8, 1981 with 100 feet of 1~ inch fire hose, whereas Table 6-2 states t
that 200 feet of l~ inch fire hose was to be provided.
