Reference:
FP&L Letter L-29-283 dated October 4, 1979 rom R. Uhrig to J. O'Reilly As previously reported to the Office of Inspection and Enforcement on September 4 and 5, 1979, during the passage of Hurricane David the Chicago Bridge
& Iron guyed derrick collapsed resulting in damage to the Reactor Auxiliary Building on. Elevations
+43 feet and +62 feet, and the concrete Shield Building at Elevation
+191 feet.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.55(e) requirements, an interim report u(as issued via the referenced letter.
A final deficiency report is attached.
This concludes our activity on this subject.
