CPPR-144 Based on the NRC inspection November 1-2, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
This item has been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Section 8.12.4 of licensee procedure S(}P-15 (as partial implementation of the environmental control program defined in Section 3G(2) of the Construction Permit), the licensee is committed to maintain a
daily log of site surveillance, findings and environmental protection activities to assure that all construction activities conform to the environmental conditions defined in the Construction Permit.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to maintain the daily log during the period October 15-17,
- 1979, and October 25, 1979.
This is a deficiency.
