REACTOR HEAD AND UPPER SHELL INSPECTION PLAN, DRESDEN UNIT 2 Your letter dated July 13, 1990, provided the inspection plan for Dresden Unit 2 reactor vessel head and upper vessel shell during the upcoming fall refueling outage. The staff has reviewed your inspection plan and deter-mined that the plan, as outlined, provides the ability of detecting cracks that may be present. It is requested that, if cracks are found during this inspec-tion, the staff be notified and a summary report(s) similar* to that provided for Quad Cities Unit 2 be submitted.
